Personal data (name, email address, phone number and message content) are processed for the following purposes: handling enquiries submitted via the contact form or by email, preparing and presenting offers and quotes, and performing any resulting contract and related communications.

Data are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract and its performance), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller's legitimate interest in handling enquiries).

Data are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and perform the contract, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law (including tax law), but no longer than 10 years, or until consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
